erinnert ihr euch noch daran, dass ich mal von den susan-boots von chloé gesprochen habe? office hat es getan und eine hübsche kopie erstellt, die nun für 80 pfund zu haben ist. das bringt mich doch arg ins grübeln, dieser ersetz für die gut 1000 euro teuren schuhe von chloé wird vermutlich recht schnell ausverkauft sein, grade bei meiner allerwelts-schuhgröße, allerdings hab ich momentan eigentlich nicht so das geld. da bleibt es wohl abzuwarten und im richtigen moment zuzuschlagen, falls sich die möglichkeit da noch gibt.

do you remember when i wrote about the chloé susan-boots? now there's another knockoff from office available and they are reaaaaally pretty. these babies could be yours for only 80 pound (while the original ones cost over 1000 euros). i hope these knockoffs won't be sold out too fast.

ich bin ja normalerweise nicht so der typ mensch, der total auf grelle farben und so ein zeug abfährt. aber momentan bin ich total fasziniert von strahlendem gelb, korall oder türkis. wahrscheinlich werde sogar ich diesen frühling so das ein oder andere weniger dezente teil anschaffen. insbesonders in der kombination mit dezente und eher zarten tönen stelle ich mir das sehr schön und vor allem auch sehr tragbar vor. die auswahl ist groß und wer sich nicht traut gleich auf's ganze zu gehen, kann sich ja auch mit accessoires erstmal an das ganze herantasten.

i am totally in for colour this spring although i am normally not that person that's crazy about bright pieces. but i guess this spring even i will get my hands on some of these crazy coloured pieces, haha.

especially in combination with softer and minimal pieces it would look great, i guess.

there are so many opportunities and if you're scared to wear a neonpink jumper you could also start with something less attention causing, e.g. some earrings or a necklace.

in the mood

ich bin in der laune für experimente und eigenkreationen. zwei paar schuhe haben sich in meinem kopf verankert und wollen und wollen nicht verschwinden. zum einen die altbekannten, viel getragenen glitzerschuhe. 

i'm in the mood for experiments and diy-projects. i have two pairs of shoes in my mind and they won't disappear. one pair are the well known and often worn glitter shoes.

es gibt sie natürlich in allen variationen und preisklassen. von unendlich teuer (z.b. miu miu oder marc by marc jacobs) bis bezahlbar (z.b. asos oder topshop). aber ich bin nicht in der laune, geld für schuhe auszugeben, wenn ich doch noch ein perfekt geeignetes paar schuhe zu hause rumstehen habe. darum werde ich mich morgen daran machen meine schuhe mit 

kleber und glitzer zu bearbeiten (bilder folgen).

you can see them everwhere in a lot of different styles and interpretations from the unbelievably expensive ones (miu miu, marc by marc jacobs) to the more affordable versions by topshop or asos. but as i said, i am not in the mood for buying a new pair of shoes if i own one pair that's perfectly suitable for this project. so i'll be doing my own glittershoes tomorrow 

using glue and glitter (pictures will follow).

susanna's rerelease

we all remember these shoes, don't we?

the chloé-boots susanna are going to be rereleased. another chance for everyone who missed out on them last time. they will be available at the end of this month in black, red and with lots of studds. i personally love them, but i'm a thousand miles away from being in the lucky position to afford them. so i'll keep admiring them from the distance.

another versace for h&m- collection

 vielleicht habt ihr schon davon gehört, wenn nicht, dann tut ihr es jetzt.
donatella versace hat eine weitere kollektion für das schwedische modehaus h&m entworfen, nachschub für alle, die sich nach mehr von dieser kollaboration gesehnt haben. die "cruise collection" wird ab dem 19. januar in den geschäften erhältlich sein. sie ist im gegensatz zu ihrem vorgänger in wesentlich moderateren, leichten und pastelligen farben gehalten. die meisten stücke sind in einem hellem blau gehalten oder sind mit früchten bedruckt, was schonmal lust auf den sommer und die wärmeren zeiten machen dürfte.

donatella versace designed another collection for h&m. it's called the "cruise collection" and will be released on the 19th january. this time the colours are a lot more moderate, light and pastelly. most of the pieces are in light blue shades or with summery prints.

von den ersten eindrücken her ist diese kollektion nicht so wirklich meins, aber das kann sich noch ändern, nachdem ich ein paar unmittelbarere eindrücke bekommen habe.

Topshop goes Balmainish von marie-grosz, short skirts enthaltend

Eines meiner absoluten Lieblings-Designerlabels ist Balmain, wenn nicht sogar mein allerliebstes. Ich finde, die Schnitte, die Farben, die Strukturen, die Materialien einfach wunderschön gewählt und absolut stimmig. Der Stil der Mode Balmains entspricht einfach zu 100 Prozent meinem Geschmack. Da die Finanzierung solcher hochpreisiger Markenkleidung leider nicht wirklich dem entspricht, was mein Budget mir erlaubt, habe ich mich auf die Suche nach Alternativen gemacht und versucht einen meiner liebsten Looks aus der S/S 2012-Kollektion mit preiswerteren Stücken nachzustellen. Fündig wurde ich bei Topshop. Gerade den Rock empfinde ich als tollen Ersatz, auch wenn er natürlich eine weniger schöne Struktur aufweist als das Vorbild.

Balmain is one of my favourite designer brands, or even at the top of the list. I think the choice of colours, materials, structures and shapes is just gorgeous and really unique. The style of Balmain suits my taste in fashion just perfectly. Unfortunately I can't afford all those amazing pieces as they are really pricey. For that reason I was looking for cheaper alternatives. In this case I tried to replace the original items from one of my most favourite looks from the S/S 2012 collection with some more affordable pieces from Topshop. In my view, especially the skirt is a good alternative to create a similar look.
I hope you like the idea of it!

Einige der favorisierten Topshopschätzchen. Wenn der gute Weihnachtsmann mal fleißiger wäre.. naja. Ich fahre ja sowieso direkt nach Silvester nach London, dann kann ich das alles mal direkt begutachten. Ich hab es hier aufgebaut, dass die Outfits sowohl von rechts nach links, als auch von oben nach unten theoretisch ganz gut kombinierbar wären.

Some pieces from Topshop I'm really lusting for. If Santa only would be a bit more diligent.. hm. Anyways, as I'm going to London on New Year's Day, I'll be able to visit Topshop in real life. Outfits from the right hand side to the left hand side and from top to bottom.

h&m announces the next designer collaboration

Es ist nun offizell, H&M hat seinen nächsten Partner in dem Italienischen Designerlabel Marni gefunden. Die Kollektion wird ab dem 8. März des kommenden Jahres zu kaufen sein. Ein weiteres spannendes Projekt, das H&M nun verwirklicht. Das 1994 von Consuelo Castiglioni gegründete Label zeichnet sich durch  leuchtende Farben, außergewöhnliche Schnitte und viele Prints aus. Die Marke legt mehr Wert auf einen klaren und schnittigeren Stil als auf Kleidung, die Sexappeal ausdrückt. Da Marni eher in der Sparte der Frauenklamotten tätig ist, wird es spannend, wie die Gestaltung der Männerkollektion ausfällt oder ob sich die Marke eher auf den weiblichen Anteil der Käufer konzentriert. Wie auch immer, diese Kollektion wird sich definitiv um einiges von der letzten Designerkollaboration unterscheiden, während Versace viel mit Leder und Nieten arbeitete, um eine sexy anmutende Kollektion zu kreiren, erwarte ich bei Marni for H&M eine von Bohemian angehauchte Kollektion, die durch Leichtigkeit und eine jüngere Ausstrahlung besticht!

Marni and H&M are working together for the next designer collection to be available starting the 8th of March 2012. Another exciting project H&M is realising. The 1994 by Consuelo Castiglioni founded Italien label is destinguished by bright colours, unique shape and a lot of prints. The label is known for a bolder type of clothing rather than being sexy. Since the brand is more dressing for women than for men, so it has to be seen how the manpart of the collection will look like or if Marni is reinforced concentrating on the collection for the female buyers. Anyways this collaboration is going to be very different from the last one concerning the style and the designer's intention. While Versace used a lot of leather and studs to create sexy pieces, I'm excpecting a more bohemish and young collection!

kaum ist die versace-kollektion für h&m auf dem markt, gibt es schon gerüchte um eine neue kollaboration von h&m und tom ford. das wäre ein weiterer coup für den designer, der auch die kostüme für den 2012 kommenden james bond- film "skyfall" designte. es bleibt spannend, abzuwarten wie es weitergeht in sachen designer und h&m.

shortly after the release of the versace for h&m-collection rumours are circulating that h&m is about to collaborate with another high class-designer: tom ford. 

this would be another coup for the designer, who's also designing for the up coming james bond-movie "skyfall". we'll see.
